Many sporting
activities for children are run by local councils (DIMOS)
and include:
Archery, Basketball, Diving, Golf, Gymnastics,
Martial Arts, Soccer, Swimming, Synchronised Swimming,
Rhythmic Gymnastics, Tennis, Track and field
Each DIMOS has its own
programme and this differs from area to area depending
on the facilities available. To find out what is on in
your area it is best to ring your local DIMOS the
numbers for which are printed below.
